Junior Anya Martinez broke her own school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase last weekend at the Raleigh Relays. She finished the event in 11:15, bettering her previous school record by three seconds. She had previously shattered the MSU record by 21 seconds two weeks ago at the Cincinnati Early Bird Relays.
