Senior JT Stone set a personal record and finished fourth in the shot put at the OVC Outdoor championships. His top toss of 16.42 meters (54 feet) bettered his previous mark of less than 16 meters. He also scored points for MSU by finishing fifth in the discus with a high-mark of 154 feet. Stone also set the school record in the hammer throw with a top toss of 162 feet.
