Ashli (White) Childers played softball at Morehead State from 1990-93. She was an outstanding pitcher for the Eagles and her name can be found in most pitching records in the softball program history.

At the time of her induction Childers’ career records were: fifth in most wins (28), third for lowest earned run average (1.88), sixth for most strikeouts (181), tied for fifth for most games started (51), third for highest winning percentage (.560), third for most complete games (49), tied for first with most saves (5), third for most shutouts (8), and fifth for most innings pitched (379.1).

Childers’ season records were: tied for fifth in most wins (10), first for lowest earned run average (0.17), first for most saves (3), first for fewest hits allowed (45), second for fewest runs allowed (16), first in fewest earned runs allowed (2), and tied for second in fewest walks allowed (12).
