Glenn Napier

Glenn Napier was a four-year letterwinner and starter for the Eagle basketball team from 1978-82. He is one of the greatest long-range shooters in Eagle basketball history who played before the three-point field goal rule was enacted.

At the time of his induction, Napier ranked 15h on MSU’s all-time scoring list with 1,330 points and 16th on MSU’s all-time assist list with 214. Napier also pitched for the Eagle baseball team. After his playing days he went on to become one of the top high school basketball and football officials in Kentucky and has worked for both the boys and girls state basketball tournaments.

Napier is a native of Perry County (Ky.) and is currently serving as a volunteer assistant coach at Breathitt County High School for the boys basketball team.
