Jade (Flory) Rhoads played two seasons at Morehead State, transferring after two seasons at Youngstown State where she piled up 11 goals and seven assists in the first two seasons in college. She was honored on the Ohio Valley Conference 75th anniversary soccer team.

In her first season at MSU in 2013 she made an immediate splash. She finished the season with five game-winning goals, which ties the single-season record at Morehead State and places her for a tie for third place all-time. Rhoads was named Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year and First Team All-OVC.

She finished with 14 goals (with three multiple-goal matches) tying her for second in school history and collected OVC Offensive Player of the Week honors four times. She recorded her first collegiate hat trick in MSU's 4-0 win over Eastern Kentucky.

In her senior campaign in 2014 she picked up where she left off. Rhoads led the team and ranked second in the OVC with 13 goals with three multiple-goal matches. She was named First-Team All-OVC and was a three-time OVC Offensive Player of the Week.

She led the team with 50 shots and produced a .560 shot-on-goal average. She also recorded her second career hat trick in Morehead State's win over Illinois-Chicago among her three multiple-goal efforts of the season.

She was named a CoSIDA Second-Team Academic All-American and First-Team Academic All-District. In her two seasons at Morehead State, she placed her name in the program's records books finishing third with 68 points, tied for third with 27 goals, tied for third with 14 assists and second in program history with nine match-winning goals.

After her time at Morehead State, she went on to play three professional seasons overseas - one season in Iceland and two in Sweden. She was named the Offensive Player of the Year in her final season with 31 goals in 19 matches.

Rhoads earned her bachelor's degree from Morehead State in business. She currently serves as an Account Manager at Aerotek. She resides in Chambersburg, Pa., with her husband Tyler, her daughter Vienna, her parents Dawn and Greg, and Uncle Dan.
