Tom Scott played football for Morehead State from 1957-60. He was an All-Ohio Valley Conference First-Team selection in 1960.
A native of Catlettsburg, Ky., Scott lettered all four years in football. He earned All-OVC honors on three separate occasions. He also was named the Loop’s best defensive lineman of the year.
Scott played center and defensive tackle for the Eagles. He had two interceptions from the tackle position as a junior. A ferocious hitter, his “love of contact” is mentioned in his senor media guide profile.
