Vincent Zachem was an All-American football player for Morehead State from 1939-42. He played center for the Eagles and won the All-American honor in 1942.
A native of Ashland, Ky., Zachem was the fourth All-American at MSU. He helped led the Eagles to a 4-1-2 record his senior year. His fondest memory may have come from the 1941 campaign. That year MSU beat Rio Grande 104-0, which stands as MSU’s most lopsided win in school history.
