MOREHEAD, Ky. – Morehead State junior defensive lineman Mark Hall was honored by College Football Awards for his performance this past weekend versus Butler. Hall was an honorable mention for the top weekly performance by a defensive lineman in the FCS.
In the Eagles game against Butler, Hall recorded seven total tackles, including three for loss, to accompany his 1.5 sacks. He leads the Eagles in tackles for loss on the season, and ranks second on the team in sacks.
The Eagles would eventually go on to beat Butler on a last second field goal, 21-20, improving their overall record to 3-4.
The Eagles will be back in action at home this coming weekend, when they host Jacksonville in Jayne Stadium for homecoming. Kickoff is slated for 2 p.m.
