GOLF OUTING INFORMATION
MOREHEAD, Ky. – The annual Morehead State Athletics Golf Outing will be held Saturday at Eagle Trace Golf Course in Morehead. Only a few spots remain, so those interested are encouraged to register soon.
MSU Athletics invites fans and interested donors to support the needs of the department in the only athletics-focused fundraising event of the year.
This year's event features a two-flight format for the first time. Players may choose the morning or afternoon flight, and champions will be crowned for each flight. The morning session begins with a continental breakfast and registration at 7 a.m. ET, followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Morning session awards will take place following play, and lunch will be served between sessions for all participants. The afternoon flight will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Awards and dinner will follow after all teams have finished.
Sponsorship opportunities for the event are available in three categories. Those interested in participating in the outing can choose between an individual golfer sponsorship, which includes one player registration for $150, or a corporate golf sponsorship, which includes one four-player team registration and hole sponsorship for $650. A single hole sponsorship is also available at only $125 per hole. Supporters can also donate $20 and have lunch only.
Each golfer registered to participate in the event will receive 18 holes of golf and cart, use of driving range, player appreciation package and the chance to win valuable prizes, including a new car. The continental breakfast, food and refreshments during play and both meals are also provided.
