MSU Student-Athletes Set to Receive Degrees

MOREHEAD, Ky. – Forty-six current or former Morehead State student-athletes are eligible to receive their bachelor’s or master's degrees on Saturday when the university holds its spring commencement exercises.

There will be two ceremonies with the first to begin at 10 a.m. and the second at 2 p.m. MSU President Wayne D. Andrews will confer degrees on more than 1,100 undergraduate and graduate students.

The following are student-athletes who will receive degrees.

Baseball: Luke Bainer, Morgan Cirbo, Cole Cleveland, Nick Duff, Austin Haney, Bobby Lewis, Garrick Whittle

Cheerleading: Matt Dawes, Stuart Hetrick, Maddie Jenne, Brittany Rogers

Cross Country/Track and Field: Anya Martinez, Kate Bomar, Kayla Burton, Holly Mandzak, Natalie Norman, Laurie Stoutenburgh

Football: Joey Clegg, Rainer Duzan, Dexter Geohagan, Greg Lewis, Kameron Scott, Adam Slupski, Jaison Yoshimura

Men's Basketball: Devon Atkinson, Milton Chavis, Jason Holmes

Men's Golf: Sam Zirnheld

Women’s Golf: Marisa Kamelgarn

Rifle: Hannah Wagner

Soccer: Alyssa Nacke, Sam Toepfer

Softball: Kayla Ashbrook, Amber Riddle, Elizabeth Wagner, Sam Woodall

Men’s Tennis: Hugo Almonte, Nathan Martin, Roger White

Women’s Tennis: Victoria Cran, Brooke Helms, Jessica Montemayor

Volleyball: Aryn Bohannon, Caitlin Clark, Annie Gruenschlaeger, Ellie Roberson
