GAME NOTES

ALL-TIME SERIES VS THE LADY TIGERS
Morehead State and Tennessee State will meet for the 61st time on Thursday evening in a series that began on January 20, 1988. The Eagles hold a 34-27 advantage in the series. Morehead State has won the previous four meetings, including two straight at Johnson Arena.

LAST MEETING WITH TSU
The Eagles defeated the Lady Tigers 85-62 on Jan. 12 of this season. The margin was the largest win ever for Morehead State against TSU in Nashville. Aliyah Jeune flirted with a triple-double in the game as she registered 19 points, 10 rebounds, and eight assists.

WE'RE GOING STREAKING
Morehead State is currently in the midst of a historical winning streak. The Eagles have won seven consecutive games against Ohio Valley Conference opponents. The streak is the second longest in program history, bested only by a nine-game streak during the 2006-07 campaign.

HISTORY IN THE MAKING
A win over Tennessee State on Thursday would mark the Eagles 18th win of the season and a third consecutive season of at least 18 wins. The program has only won at least 18 games in three consecutive seasons once, which occurred from the 1977-78 to the 1979-80 season.

CROCKETT'S LAST EXPEDITION
Senior Miranda Crockett continues to climb the Morehead State record books in her final season in the blue & gold. Crockett has amassed 1,631 points in her career which ranks fifth on the Eagles' all-time points leaderboard. The Martinsville, Va., native is 66 points away from overtaking Julie Magrane (1988-92, 1,697) for fourth and is 79 points away from surpassing Donna Stephens (1978-82, 1,710) for third on the scoring list.

600TH PROGRAM WIN
Morehead State's win over SUIE on Jan. 31, 2019 marked the programs 600th victory. Morehead State, which began playing women's basketball in 1970, has a all-time record of 600-659.

PICKING UP VOTES
The Eagles earned one vote in the latest collegeinsider.com mid-major top-25 poll which was released on Monday. The poll is voted on by a select group of mid-major coaches.

THE TODDFATHER
Head coach Greg Todd moved to third in the MSU record book for all-time wins with his 77th victory as the bench boss when his team defeated UT Martin on Jan. 19, 2019. Todd surpassed former coach Laura Litter (1997-2005). Todd is in his fifth season at the helm of the program.
