MOREHEAD, Ky. – Continuing their Carolina swing, Morehead State (4-1) beach volleyball returns to the sand this weekend, competing at the UNCW Dig & Dive Invitational. The two-day event will feature four matches for the Eagles as the event commences from Wilmington, N.C.

The event will feature two familiar opponents for Morehead State in Tusculum and Carson-Newman, both of whom the Eagles swept at the Principia College Beach Bash. Morehead State will also face host UNC Wilmington and the College of Charleston.

Morehead State enters the weekend coming off the team's first midweek competition, dropping a single match with nationally-ranked South Carolina on Tuesday. The match marked the fourth against ranked competition in program history.

The lines for head coach Jaime Gordon remain unchanged, as the top five flights from the previous five outings carry into the weekend. The Eagles enter with their top three flight pairings carrying 4-1 records while the four and five slots enter at 3-2 on the year.
