MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State Rifle completed a weekend sweep over visiting UT Martin with a 4618-4557 win at Button Range on Sunday.

The Eagles have now defeated the Skyhawks all three times the teams have matched up this season. The Eagles boasted six of the top seven scores on both guns.

In Air Rifle, junior Erin Diehl had team-high honors today with a 587. Fellow junior Amber Schifano and sophomore Grace Weber carded 585 totals, while freshman Andrew Morris topped out at 580. Junior Katie Frye notched a 586, not in the counting scorers. Fellow frosh Sally Reeke shot a 581.

In Smallbore, Diehl also paced the counters with a 578. Sophomore Bryce Ward was next, just a solo point behind at 577. Weber fired a 574.

Morehead State's next scheduled match is the Kentucky Long Rifle Cup with Kentucky and Murray State on Saturday in Lexington.
