Baseball is Back: Eagles Head to Summer League Clubs
MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State baseball's last live action was on March 9 when they defeated Dayton at home. Three days later, all college sports were halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But, now several Eagle players will get the chance to the hit field again with summer league clubs.

Many summer league clubs are run similar to minor league baseball. All clubs are opening their schedules and hosting players following all health guidelines.

Here is a list of the Eagles who will be on summer league teams.

Peyton Dillingham - Cornbelters (Normal, Ill.) - Kernels Collegiate League

Noah Matousek - Mandan (N.D.) Flickertails - Northwoods League

Logan Goodnight - Carolina Vipers (Charlotte, N.C.) - Southern Collegiate Baseball League

Nick Gooden - Martella's Pharmacy (Johnstown, Pa.) - All American Amateur Baseball Association

Jalen Miller - Chillicothe (Ohio) Capitals - Ohio Independent Collegiate Summer League

Tim Petrucelli - Clemente Baseball - Atlantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League

Joe Rotkis - Northwest Indiana Oilmen (Whiting, Ind.) - Midwest Collegiate League

Luke Helton - Turf Monsters - Grand Park Summer League

Cole Becker - XPress Green - Commonwealth Collegiate League
