MOREHEAD, Ky. – About to embark on a three game road trip, women's hoops first heads to SEMO Thursday.
The Eagles competed in a defensive struggle against UT Martin Monday night, but ultimately fell to the Skyhawks, 64-50. Reigning OVC Newcomer of the Week,
Jada Claude, continued her string of dominant performances, notching her 5th double-double on the season, tying her for the most in the OVC, finishing the night with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore
Alana Denson also matched a season high 14 points of her own.
SEMO fell to 0-8 in conference play at Eastern Illinois Saturday, but despite this, freshman Kennedi Watkins and senior Deanay Watson each chalked up double-double outings. Watkins registered her first career double-double, finishing with 13 points with a personal high 11 rebounds and five steals. Watson, who came off the bench, added 10 points and 10 boards, for her third career double-double.

Terri Smith's first outing against her former team. Smith was a member of SEMO for one season, where she had eight double digit scoring efforts.
