MOREHEAD, Ky. – After a tough loss Friday night, Morehead State women's basketball wraps up their five game home stand Sunday against Bellarmine.
The Eagles battled back from 17 points down in the fourth quarter to cut the Evansville lead down to as little as six, but couldn't get over the hump despite 19 points and eight steals from
Veronica Charles.
Bellarmine comes to Johnson Arena after defeating Simmons College (Ky.) 68-47 on Thursday. The Knights are led freshman Gracie Merkle, who averages 13.7 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.
