MOREHEAD, Ky. –
Morehead State women's basketball takes the floor against another top contender in the OVC when they face-off against Austin Peay on Saturday.

The Eagles dropped a tough matchup with Tennessee Tech after a hot shooting first quarter from the Golden Eagles held a feisty Morehead State effort at bay. Jada Claude led all scorers with 22 points, her fourth 20 point performance of the season, while Julan McDonald scored a career-high 18 points.

The Governors are coming off a dramatic 69-67 overtime victory over Murray State. Karle Pace starred for Austin Peay, connecting on all five of her shots from beyond the arc and coming up with the game winning basket in the final seconds to push Austin Peay to victory.

Tip-off is slated for 2:00 p.m. ET and can be found on ESPN+ or listened to on the Eagle Sports Radio Network.
