MOREHEAD, Ky. – It's a battle of the Eagles as Morehead State hosts Tennessee Tech Thursday evening.
Morehead State is coming off a 64-60 victory against SIUE Saturday afternoon.
Veronica Charles posted a career-high 21 points and her late three in the final minute propelled the Eagles in the win.
Hallie Rhodes added 12 points and
Sophie Benharouga helped out with 12 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks.
Tennessee Tech is entering Thursday's contest after a nail biter with Little Rock. The Golden Eagles battled back from a 12-point deficit, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Trojans. Maaliya Owens posted 20 points in the 66-63 loss.

Lin also leads the conference, averaging 5.5 per game, and is in the top-20 in the nation in total assists and assists per game. She is also the first Eagle since 2014-15 to record multiple 10+ assists games in a season.
