MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Morehead State Men's Basketball stays on the road this week as the Eagles continue a four-game swing with a contest at Tennessee Tech Saturday at 4 p.m. ET.
Morehead State renews its longest rivalry with a current OVC team at Tennessee Tech. It will mark the 164th meeting between the teams in men's hoops, with MSU holding a commanding 95-68 all-time lead. In the last eight matchups, MSU is 8-2. Going back even further, the Eagles have controlled the series since 2008. MSU is 29-7 versus TTU since then.
Tennessee Tech is 7-7 on the season, coming off a 68-64 home win over Southern Indiana Thursday.

• Saturday's game marks a return to familiar surroundings for two current Eagles - Kenny White, Jr., and associate head coach
Jason Taylor. White began his college career at TTU for two seasons (2020-21 and 2021-22), while Taylor spent four seasons on the TTU bench with former head coach Steve Payne. He helped Tech to two 19-win seasons.
• Morehead State has scored 70+ points in eight consecutive games. In the last four years now, the program is 67-11 when it scores at least 70 in a game.
• In its three OVC games, the Eagles have had close calls all three times (total of only +9 margin in the three) and have been consistent on scoring defense. They've allowed 69, 68 and 68 points.
• In the last four seasons, MSU has won 96 games when leading with a minute left and 93 games when it leads at halftime.
• Morehead State enters the game with five straight wins. That denotes the fifth straight season the program has put together at least a 5-game winning streak.
