AS A SENIOR (2013)
Earned Second-Team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors … Led the team in four of the six events … Broke the school 10K record with a time of 30:37.60 at the NCAA Southeast Regional … Finished with a time of 25:02.76 in the 8K at the OVC championship which was good enough for the fifth fastest time in school history … Posted four top-five finishes … Ran a time of 21:33.00 at the four mile Memphis Twilight, good enough to finish third out of 173 racers.

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2012)
Earned Second-Team All-Ohio Valley Conference accolade ... Led the team in five of the six events ... Ran the fourth fastest 8K time on the school top-10 performance list (25:02.76) at the OVC Championship ... Finished 17th out of 196 racers with a time of 25:08.47 at the Vanderbilt Commodore Invitational ... Covered the NCAA Southeast Region Championship 10K course in 32:42.83, good enough for sixth on the MSU 10K top-10 performance list ... Placed eighth among 203 runners with a four-mile time of 21:04.33 at the Memphis Twilight.

AS A JUNIOR (2011)
Did not run in any events and awarded redshirt status.

AT SOUTHERN OREGON
Qualified for nationals as a freshman ... Ran personal bests of 24:34 in the 8K, 30:50 in the 10K and 14:54 in the 5K as a sophomore ... Received All-American status at NAIA Nationals where he placed 13th in the nation for cross country ... Helped lead SOU to its first national championship as a team under Coach Brent Ericksen.
