Led Eagle pitchers in wins with three and finished second on the team with 52 strikeouts ... Despite an offseason battle with cancer, became one of the team’s most reliable starters ... Pitched a seven-strikeout contest against Western Carolina in his first start of the season ... Earned the win and struck out a season-high 12 in seven innings against Tennessee Tech on April 22 ... Tossed seven innings and struck out eight en route to his third victory of the season against Murray State.
