AS A FOURTH YEAR (FALL 2023)
Competed in five meets this season... Season best time of 16.38.32 in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational... Season best time of 26.58.90 in the 8K at the OVC Championship.

AS A THIRD YEAR (FALL 2022)
Competed in six meets this season... Season best time of 26:51.6 in the 8K at the Live in Lou Classic... Finished 51st in the 8K at the OVC Championship with a time of 27:09.7.

AS A SECOND YEAR (FALL 2021, Athletes were not charged eligibility in 2020 due to COVID)
Competed in six meets this season ... Season best time of 26:37.3 in the 8K at the Florida State Invitational/NCAA Pre-Nationals ...Finished 50th in the 8K at the OVC Championship with a time of 27:16.4.

AS A FIRST YEAR (2020/SPRING 2021)
Competed in two meets this season ... Ran a 6K time of 20:58.00 at the Eastern Kentucky Duel ... Finished the Murray State Open in 47th with an 8K time of 29:16.04.

PRIOR TO MSU
Reeled off four individual wins and advanced to the Ohio state cross country meet for the fourth time as a senior in 2019 ... Consistently saw improvement over his previous years placement at the state meet, going from 70th as a freshman to 61st as a sophomore and culminating at 19th place as a senior.
