Selected to All-OVC First Team… Played in all 55 games making 54 starts… Led club hitting .387 ranking third in the OVC… Ranked second in OVC with 84 hits…Tied for second on the team with 12 home runs and led the club with 59 RBI (tied for fourth in the OVC)… Posted a slash line of .387/.622/.471… 1.093 OPS was second on the team and eighth in the OVC… Second on the club with 13 doubles… 135 total bases ranked fourth in the OVC… Ended season on nine-game hitting streak… Led team with 27 multiple-hit games… Hit safely in 47 of the Eagles’ 55 games… hit .511 (24-47) when leading off an inning… Hit .410 (34-83) with runners in scoring position…

FIRST YEAR (2025) Played in 41 games, making 38 starts… Hit .240 with six home runs and 23 RBI… Also had three doubles and three triples… Recorded 10 multi-hit games in season... Went 2-4 with a home run, a triple and four runs batted in versus Tennessee Tech (5-16).

Played at West Jessamine HS...Senior season (2024) hit .423, with 47 hits, and 45 runs scored...Named to KHSBCA 2nd Team All-State...As a junior (2023) hit .405. Father is former MLB player Austin Kearns.
