Jordan Huxtable is in his second year on the coaching staff. He assists with the defensive backs.

Huxtable arrived to Morehead State after coaching at Elmhurst College for the 2017 season.
 
He spent the 2016 season at Northern Illinois University where he was an intern for the defensive back coaches, specifically assisting with the corners. A year prior to that he was a student coach/manager for Illinois State football.
 
The St. Charles, Ill., native began his college career at the University of Connecticut as a running back. He transferred to Northern Illinois his sophomore year to continue his career.

He finished his junior and senior year at Illinois State University, receiving his bachelor's degree in university studies.
