Raine Wireman, who ran for the University of Kentucky, served two seasons seasons on the cross country/track coaching staff at Morehead State. He is now a staff assistant in MSU's EAGLE Academic Center.
Wireman posted a personal-record 1,500-meter time of 3:54 as a junior for the Wildcats. He also plated 13th at the Greater Louisville Classic cross country meet in 2015, where he posted a personal-record 8,000-meter time of 25:21.
Wireman is a native of Proctorville, Ohio where he attended Fairland High School. He ran a personal-best and top-10 time in the state title 1,600-meter race. Wireman graduated from Kentucky with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering.
He is now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Construction Management at Morehead State University.
