At MSU
In 2009: Competed in all six events in cross country season...Took 24th place a the  Vanderbilt Commodore Classic with a time of 27:34.96...Best time of the year came at the Greater Louisville Classic where he ran the course in 26:40 to finish third on the team...In contention for a top spot at the OVC championship before an unfortunate fall forced him to withdraw.

In 2008: Named Second-Team All-OVC when he finished 14th at the OVC Championship meet with a time of 26:30.6…At Pre-Nationals crossed the tape at a time of 25:43.5…Ran a season best 8K time at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 25:35.12.

In 2007: Ran in the first meet of the year but then received a medical red-shirt year.

In 2006: Named Second-Team All-OVC as a freshman when he finished 12th at the OVC Championship meet…Finished the season with three top 20 finishes…Took 18th at the Flyer 5K with a time of 15:59.00…Took 10th place at the Old Timers Classic with a score of 26:49.50…Finished either second or third on the team in all six events.

Prior to MSU
A two-time All-Ohio selection in cross country and track at Wynford High School…Named MVP of his team all four years…Was the 2-mile regional champion in track in 2006…Ran his best time in the mile at 4:26.
