HIGH SCHOOL
Spent six school years with the varsity golf team ... Helped the Bulldogs to All-A Region appearances on six occasions and played in the Kentucky High School Athletic Association State Tournament four times ... A captain for the golf program his junior and season seasons ... Also played tight end in football and guard in basketball.

His mother, Sondra, played basketball for Ohio Valley Conference member Eastern Kentucky from 1984-88.
