AS A FRESHMAN (2011-12)

Named Second –Team All-OVC …  Led the Eagles with a 13-8 singles record, primarily appearing at no. 2 … Was only Eagle to achieve a winning conference singles record at 5-4 … Teamed with Alix Young and Jessica Montemayor in doubles action at no. 2 to card a 13-7 overall record, and a 7-2 mark in conference competition … Fashioned  an 8-2 record in her last 10 doubles matches with Alix Young.

PRIOR TO MSU
Only played one season of high school tennis for Durango High School, but was crowned the Nevada singles state champion in 2009-10 ... Also won the region title that year as well ... Was awarded the Pancho Gonzalez Award as the most promising tennis player in the state ... Nevada Rookie of the Year. ... Won the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Nevada Scholar-Athlete of the Year ... On the junior circuit, overcame injuries to be ranked in the top 250 in her age division … Won six tournament titles in USTA play ... In 2006, she defeated the top-ranked player in the 14-year-old division ... Also won matches against three top-75 players in the 18-year-old age division.
