Morgan Mynhier

Possessing 12 years of experience in the education field, Morgan Mynhier has joined the Morehead State Athletic Department as Learning Coordinator.

Mynhier will work alongside Director of Student-Athlete Services Drew Barnette in the EAGLE Center, assisting student-athletes in their academic progress and success.

Just prior to starting her new role, Mynhier was a testing assistant in the Morehead State Testing Center for two years, helping students complete a wide variety of standardized tests, placement exams, and professional certifications.

From 2022-25, Mynhier also served as an adult education instructor, test proctor and enrollment data specialist for Jefferson County (Louisville) Adult Education, the largest school district in the Bluegrass State. She was a GED Reasoning through Language Arts instructor and assisted students with study skills and tracking student progress.

Mynhier also served at Morehead State in the Department of Academic Advising and Retention from 2013-16 where she was a peer coach and later served as team leader.

In addition, Mynhier has worked for the United States Census Bureau, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and is involved as an officer on the leadership team for the Rowan County Senior High School Boys' Basketball Boosters.

She earned her bachelor's degree in social work from MSU in 2016 and is working toward the Master of Arts in Adult and Higher Education at MSU.
