Austin Gahafer has been named this week’s Male Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

In his first collegiate appearance, the Louisville, Ky., native finished 16-of-23 passing for 148 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Gahafer also scored his first collegiate rushing touchdown in the contest at No. 25 Youngstown State.
