Jordan was crucial in the Eagles 2-1 double overtime victory over OVC arch-rival Eastern Kentucky on Sunday. The victory was MSU’s fourth straight and 10th overall, which broke the MSU school record for wins in a season, the previous record being nine in 2008.  The Westerville, Ohio native evened the score 1-1 in the 40th minute as she took an Alex Pacitto pass and found the back of the net, beating EKU goalkeeper Stephanie Lynch for her third goal of the season. In the second overtime stanza Jordan flew into the box, immediately following a Sam Corman free kick and headed in the game winner to secure an unbeaten conference mark for the second straight year.
