Zachariah Elliott has been named this week’s Male Pepsi Student-Athlete of the Week.

It is his second honor of the year.

Elliott finished the NCAA Southeast Regional in 30:37.6, topping the 12-year-old MSU 10K mark held by Paul Gilvin (31:05.00) in 2001.

The Central Point, Ore., native helped the Eagles claim a 14th place finish, which is their highest NCAA Southeast Regional finish in school history.
