LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The Morehead State men's golf team finished eighth of 17 teams in the UK Bluegrass Invitational, played April 11-12 on the Big Blue Course at the University Club.
Host Kentucky won the team competition with a 54-hole total of 16-over par 880. Following were: 2-Western Carolina (890), 3-UCF (896), tie 4-Austin Peay and Ohio (903), tie 6-Miami-Ohio and Toledo (904), 8-Morehead State (910), 9-Murray State (911), 10-Bowling Green (923), 11-Akron (935), 12-Gardner-Webb (929), 13-Jacksonville (938), 14-Dayton (940), 15-Cincinnati (941), 16-Western Kentucky (961) and 17-Lipscomb (971).
