Ten notes heading into the contest:

WINNING THEM BOTH
Morehead State recorded its third Ohio Valley Conference road sweep in three seasons under Head Coach Sean Woods last week.   With just 10 players dressed and only eight seeing game action, the Eagles registered a 78-74 victory on Thursday at Tennessee Tech and 66-63 win on Saturday at Jacksonville State.

CONDITIONING IS THE KEY
Morehead State had four players log 30+ minutes in each game last week.  Sophomore Corban Collins was on the floor for a total of 75 minutes, while junior Brent Arrington played 73, senior Kareem Storey logged 71 and senior Angelo Warner played 65.

KNOCKING DOWN TRIFECTAS
Morehead State knocked down 9-of-12 from three-point range in Saturday's first half at Jacksonville State.  The Eagles drained 2-of-4 from long distance after intermission to finish at 69 percent (11-of-16).  The 11 long-range buckets marked MSU's best effort since drilling 17 against South Dakota on Dec. 19, 2013.

ARRINGTON'S CAREER NIGHT
Brent Arrington tied his Morehead State high with 24 points at Tennessee Tech, while setting career marks for rebounds (8), free-throws made (13) and free-throw attempts (14).  He also tallied four steals in his 55th game at MSU.  The guard ranks among the Ohio Valley Conference leaders in free-throw accuracy (2nd, .828) and steals (4th, 1.9).

REBOUNDING IS WHAT WE DO
Morehead State has led the Ohio Valley Conference in rebounding margin six straight seasons (2008-14), paced the league in rebounds five of the last six years and had the conference's top individual four of the past six seasons.  MSU leads the OVC in rebounding margin (+4.6) this year, while ranking second in boards per game (36.0).

MORE ON THE GLASS CLEANING
Morehead State is +54 in total rebounds, +47 in offensive rebounds and +36 in second-chance points over its last eight games.  The Eagles have only been outrebounded once during the stretch and six times in 22 affairs this season.  MSU has five individuals averaging at least 4.0 rebounds this year, but only had three at this point last season.

WHEN I PASS, YOU SHOULD SCORE
Kareem Storey places third in the Ohio Valley Conference with 4.5 assists per game and sixth with 1.6 assists-per-turnover.  The guard has tallied five assists in 23 of 51 games at Morehead State.  He is averaging 7.5 points this season on 83 percent (33-of-40) from the foul line.

THE ONLY FOURTH-YEAR PLAYER
Angelo Warner, the only fourth-year player at Morehead State, has recorded 1,392 points (11.8 pg) and 3,275 minutes (27.8 pg) in 118 career tilts.  The guard has reached 10 points on 75 occasions.  He needs 78 more points to climb into MSU's top-10 for career scoring.

A REALLY GRUELING SLATE
Morehead State traveled 12,355 miles (9,835 via plane and 2,520 via bus) and played in eight states during the non-conference portion of its 2014-15 schedule.  Eight of MSU's first 15 contests were on the road, while two others were on a neutral floor.

A STREAK TO BE PROUD OF
Morehead State has finished Ohio Valley Conference play .500-or-better in each of the last seven seasons.  MSU's last sub-.500 OVC campaign came in 2006-07.  The Eagles own a 21-17 record (.552) in league contests under Head Coach Sean Woods.
