MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Following a prolific offensive outburst in the four games last week, Morehead State junior center-fielder Connor Pauly was the unanimous choice for Ohio Valley Conference Baseball Player of the Week.

In helping the Eagles to four victories - all scoring in double digits - Pauly batted .733 (11-for-15) with 10 runs scored, nine RBI, three doubles, two home runs and a triple. His slugging percentage topped out at a team-high 1.467 for the week.

Pauly opened the week by going 3-for-4 with a triple, a home run and two RBI in a 14-11 win over over Marshall. In the series opener with UT Martin, he was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI and made it a perfect two game-span by going 4-for-4 with a double, homer and three RBI in the second UTM contest.

Overall, he reached base on 15 of his 19 plate appearances in the span.

On the season the Glenview, Ill., native is batting .318 with a team-high 11 doubles.

Morehead State is on the road this week at Butler (Wednesday) and at SIU Edwardsville (Friday-Sunday).
