MOREHEAD, Ky. -- A day after earning the PFL Specialist of the Week honor, Morehead State junior kicker Andrew Foster has been named the National FCS Special Teams Player of the Week by Stats.

The Knoxville, Tenn., native became only the second player in the PFL this season to be successful on multiple 40+ yard field goals when he nailed a 43-yarder and a 45-yarder at Jacksonville. He also was true on a 37-yard field goal and was a perfect 3-of-3 on extra points as his 12 individual points helped propel the Eagles to a 30-22 road win against the Dolphins.

Foster also punted three times for a 41-yard average and downed two inside the 20-yard line.

He is now 6-of-7 on field goals this season and averages more than 43 yards on punts.

Foster and the Eagles return home this week to host Butler for the Homecoming game on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET.
