MOREHEAD, Ky. --
Coming off back-to-back victories, Morehead State's football squad will fly to Iowa this weekend to face the Drake Bulldogs. Kick-off is Saturday at 2 p.m. ET at Drake Stadium.

Not only will the Eagles strive to keep up the winning momentum, Morehead State will also be searching for its first program win at Drake. The Eagles (4-3/2-1 PFL) are facing a Bulldog team that is 3-3 overall but 3-0 in league contests after a bye week.

QUOTING COACH TENYER

On where he feels his team is after seven games
"We are excited about where we are at. When you get to this point and you still have a lot to play for, that's exciting. We feel good about our game plan, we just have to go out and execute."

On what he feels Drake will bring
"Outstanding on both sides of the football. Offensively they are a ball control team. Defensively they are just sound. They don't have a really big stats guy. We've got to establish the run."

On if field position will be a key
"Absolutely, and (junior kicker) Andrew Foster has been outstanding in that department. We've been able to score points on special teams and change field position. Hopefully we can continue to do that."
