MOREHEAD, Ky. – The Morehead State softball team is set to play five games over the weekend in the Eagle Round Robin tournament hosted by Georgia Southern in Statesboro, Ga.
The Eagles (0-4) will try to secure their first win of the season after dropping four-straight to begin the season at the Phyllis Rafter Memorial Tournament at Kennesaw State.
The Eagles will play host Georgia Southern twice while playing single games against Mount St. Mary's (Md.), Missouri-Kansas City, and IUPUI.
For the Eagles, sophomore infielder Kalle Colman led the way in the batter's box during the team's opening four-game stretch at Kennesaw State. Coleman was 5-of-13 (.385) with two RBI, two runs, two stolen bases and a triple.

Lakyn Largent (0-1, 5.42 ERA) tossed a team-high 10 and one-third innings with two starts and three appearances. The freshman gave up just one run while striking out three in an impressive four and one-third innings of relief duty against Ohio in a 6-1 loss on Saturday. Junior
Randi Hamilton (0-1, 9.19 ERA), as well as sophomores
Megan Murphy (0-0, 4.20 ERA) and Sarah King (0-2, 7.35 ERA) also saw action in the circle.
