MOREHEAD, Ky. – This is a new series leading up to the beginning of the coming sports seasons that allows our fans to get to know our student-athletes. A different player will be featured in a story on their responses to a questionnaire given to all of our teams.
 
This edition is on rifle freshman Sally Reeke.
 
Why did you choose to come to Morehead State?
Reeke: I chose to come to Morehead because I loved the atmosphere, campus, and my team
 
What is your favorite memory playing your sport?
Reeke: I think my favorite memory from my sport would be the 2018 Winter Air Gun Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I had a blast traveling there and I met so many people that I'm still friends with today.
 
What is your favorite song and which artist sings it?
Reeke: My favorite song is Sick and Tired by Machine Gun Kelly, Iann Dior and Travis Barker.
 
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show and why did you choose that movie?
Reeke: Criminal Minds is my favorite TV show because it has great character development and is very interesting.
 
What is your favorite restaurant to eat at and what is your go-to meal there?
Reeke: My favorite restaurant is a small family-owned Italian place in my hometown called Villagios. My go-to order is pasta primavera with pesto sauce.
 
If you could have one superpower, what would that be and why?
Reeke: If I could have one superpower I would want to be able to talk to animals because animals are my passion.
 
Who is your favorite professional athlete and what makes them your favorite?
Reeke: My favorite professional athlete is Beezie Madden. I admire her passion for horseback riding, her incredible perseverance, and her athleticism.
 
What is your favorite spot to go to on campus or in town/region?
Reeke: I love visiting the Fuzzy Duck and Cave Run Lake.
 
If you could time travel to any year/time period, what would you choose and why?
Reeke: I would probably visit the year 3000 to see how much has changed during this millennium.
