MOREHEAD, Ky. -- After a short hiatus, the TalonTalk podcast returns this week with special guest Julie (Magrane) Muntz, women's basketball alum.

Muntz is a Morehead native who is one of the top women's basketball players in program history. Playing from 1988-89 until 1991-92, Muntz scored 1,692 points and grabbed more than a 1,000 rebounds. She is one of only three players in program history with at least 1,500 points and 1,000 career rebounds and is a 2003 inductee into the Morehead State Athletics Hall of Fame. Muntz is now a health and physical education teacher at Lexington, Ky's, newest high school, Frederick Douglass. She also takes part in the broadcasts of the KHSAA Sweet 16 Girl's Basketball Tournament.
