MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Fans of Morehead State softball and baseball will have ample opportunity to follow the Eagles this spring. A majority of the home events will be available on ESPN+ as well as select games being audio broadcasted on MSUEagles.com.

Now in its second full year as the exclusive service streaming Ohio Valley Conference events, ESPN+ is only $4.99/month and can be viewed on mobile devices as well as many TV-ready devices (ROKU, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Chromecast). Many more games, including original programming, are part of the subscription as well.

In addition, many of the two program's road events will also be available on an ESPN platform, other video streaming service, or internet radio.

"We are extremely thankful for our coverage with ESPN+. We have a lot of student-athletes who are not from Kentucky or Ohio or Tennessee, so it allows their family members to support them and our program from a distance," said second-year softball head coach Sam Jones. "We also share our game schedule with our recruits so they are able to witness our program if they are not able to make it to an away tournament or home event."

Audio broadcasts are free of charge. Check MSUEagles.com for links to broadcasts. As always, games are subject to change times or dates due to weather or other factors and broadcast schedules are subject to change as well.

"For our games to be broadcast either via television, internet, or radio is extremely important for our program. The players on our team come from all over the United States, and so it's important in recruiting them to be able to say that their family and friends will be able to watch or listen to them play," said first-year baseball head coach Mik Aoki. "It's also a tangible commitment to the baseball program that we can point to.  Streaming or broadcasting these games has an expense attached to it, but the athletic administration has decided that the commitment of resources to our student-athletes and baseball program is a priority."
