MOREHEAD, Ky. – Morehead State women's golf return to the course this weekend as their fall season continues at the Briar Ridge Invitational in Schererville, Ind.

Morehead State enters off a 13th-place finish in a 20-team field at the Golfweek Conference Challenge. Sophomore MacKenzie Neal turned in a strong performance for the Eagles, registering a top-40 finish with a 73-75-76 – 224. 

Fellow sophomore Olivia Hensley also enters after capturing Ohio Valley Conference Co-Female Golfer of the Week honors for the first time in her career after notching a 74-70-75 – 219, and was listed in the top-15 for her par three scoring average (E) at Pawley's Island, S.C.

Head coach Stephanie Barker also employs a lineup of Bridget Connolly, Alina-Sophie Koch, and Hanna Montgomery while Hailey Rietz will compete as an individual.

The two-day, 54-hole event tees off Sunday from Briar Ridge Country Club before concluding Monday. The Eagles will tee off their first of 36 holes at 10:24 am ET on Sunday. This will be Morehead State's first appearance at the Briar Ridge Invitational.
