Men's Basketball Alumni Update: 14 Eagles in the Pros
MOREHEAD, Ky. – In light of Morehead State Men's Basketball's current success, let's take a look at some of the notable players who are continuing their careers overseas. There are currently 13 alums on active rosters internationally. Along with those 13 playing internationally, in the 2021-2022 NBA season, one Eagle earned multiple 10-day contracts.

Demonte Harper is a 6-4 guard currently playing in France on Limoges CSP Elite. Harper graduated from Morehead State in 2011 and is most notable for his game winner against Louisville in the NCAA tournament in 2011. Harper currently averages 13.6ppg, 2.6rpg, 3.8apg, through 17 games so far.

• Kenneth Faried is a 6-8 forward, who currently plays for the NBA G-League team, the Grand Rapids Gold. On the season Faried is averaging 11 ppg and 8 rpg. Faried graduated from Morehead State in 2011. During his time at Morehead, Faried was an all-conference player in the OVC, two-time OVC Player of the Year and three-time OVC Defensive Player of the Year. He is currently the all-time leading rebounder in the modern era of NCAA basketball with 1,673 rebounds. That accomplishment birthed a long NBA career with the Denver Nuggets and other teams before coming to the Grand Rapids Gold.

Corbin Collins is a 6-3 guard who currently plays on Trepca in Kosovo. Collins averages 9.8 ppg, 5.6 rpg, and 4.2 apg through five games in the season. Collins played at Morehead State from 2013-2016, where he was awarded All-OVC Second Team during his career.
 
• Treshaad Williams is a 6-5 forward, who currently plays in Argentina on Club Atletico Villa San Martin. Williams is averaging 8.3 ppg and 5.7 rpg on the season so far. He graduated from Morehead State in 2017. Williams left as the OVC's all-time leader in career field goal percentage.
 
• Anthony Elechi is a 6-8 forward, who currently plays in Spain for Oviedo. Elechi currently averages 2.8 ppg and 2.5 rpg through the first four games of the season. He graduated from Morehead State in 2017.
 
• Karam Mashour is a 6-6 small forward, who currently plays in Israel. He graduated in 2015 from Morehead State.
 
• Jordan Walker is a 6-1 guard, who currently plays in Germany for Hamburg Towers. Walker graduated from Morehead State in 2020. During his junior season as an Eagle, he led the team in scoring and was awarded all-conference honors while scoring 1,478 points.
 
• Xavier Moon is a 6-2 guard, who currently plays for the NBA G-League team the Agua Caliente Clippers. Moon graduated from Morehead State in 2017, where he was an all-conference player. During the 2021-22 NBA season, Moon was called up to the Los Angeles Clippers on multiple 10-day contracts.
 
• Angelo Warner is a 6-2 guard, who currently plays in Belarus on Tsmoki-Minsk. Warner graduated from Morehead State in 2015 where he was named all-conference and scored more than 1,000 career points.
 
• Djimon Henson is a 6-3 guard, who currently plays in Georgia (the country) for Mega. Henson graduated from Morehead State in 2020. When asked about playing in a foreign country Henson replied "It's more mental than physical, you will have ups and downs and feel alone, but you have to stay mentally strong."
 
• Miguel Dicent is a 6-3 guard, who currently plays in Brazil for Sao Jose. Dicent played for Morehead State from 2014-2017.
 
• Lamontray Harris is a 6-7 forward, who currently plays in France for JSA Bordeaux. Harris graduated from Morehead State in 2019 and was awarded all-conference honors during his career while also becoming a 1,000-point scorer.
 
• AJ Hicks is a 6-0 guard, who currently plays in Italy for Team Italy. Hicks graduated from Morehead State in 2019. He has also played in Cyprus and enjoyed his time on that nearby island. "My experience was cool. The locals of Cyprus were cool, and they have deep basketball tradition there. They make sure their professional players stay in contact with the youth organization throughout the season." 
 
• Chad Posthumus is a 6-11 center, who currently plays in Canada for the Edmonton Stingers. Posthumus graduated from Morehead State in 2014. He is in the top 20 in career rebounds at MSU.
