The Eagles are coming off a regular-season championship in the OVC, posting an 11-3 mark (9-1 OVC record) under head coach Kyrsten Becker-McBride.

Whitten, from Simpsonville, S.C., was selected as No 4 on the preseason list. She earned OVC Pair of the Year Award in 2021, posting a 12-2 overall dual-match record and a 10-2 scorecard at No. 1. Whitten owns the program career record for victories with 29.

Miller is a Fairfield, Ohio product who finished at 10-4 last spring, including a 9-3 mark at No. 2 teaming with Lohmeier.

Lohmeier, from Cincinnati, is wrapping up a stellar indoor and beach career. She was tabbed the No. 10 ranked player in the preseason poll. Lohmeier was 10-4 last season and has the program's career record for individual flight victories at 37.

Morehead State opens the 2022 campaign by facing Liberty and Lincoln Memorial (Tenn.) on Feb. 26 in an event hosted by the Eagles at the Grand Sands complex in Loveland, Ohio.
