MOREHEAD, Ky. – A quick turnaround from their first match play event leads Morehead State men's golf to Indianapolis, where they will compete in the Butler Spring Invitational.

Saturday's event resulted in a victory over Northern Kentucky, where the Eagles won three of the four matches outright. Joe Muschong, Blake Evans, and Zac Viminitz all swept their matchups. In addition to going 2-0 for the event, Muschong now leads the program in match play victories with seven.

Cameron Travis and Ryan Gillum will join the trio to round out head coach Matthew Martin's lineup, while Nolan Piazza and Andrew Marrs will compete as individuals.

The loaded tournament field features in-state rival Bellarmine, as well as Power 5 competition from Indiana, Illinois, and West Virginia.

The two-day, 36-hole tournament tees off from the Highland Country Club in Indianapolis, Ind., before concluding Tuesday.
