ANN ARBOR, MI --The Morehead State volleyball team lost to the Michigan Wolverines in straight sets (25-10, 25-12, 25-17) Friday on the road at Cliff Keen Arena.
The non-conference loss moved Morehead State to 2-2 on the season, while Michigan stayed perfect at 5-0.

SET 1 | The Eagles fell behind early, dropping a tough first set 25-10. Morehead State trailed by as many as 15 points as Michigan never gave up the lead in a set that was tied up just once before the Wolverines took control.
SET 2 | Morehead State then lost the second set 25-12. The Eagles trailed by as many as 13 points as Michigan grabbed the advantage for good at 7-6 in a set that was tied up two times before the Wolverines took over the lead.
SET 3 | Morehead State could not win set three and was swept by Michigan. The Eagles lost a tough set 25-17. Morehead State trailed by as many as eight points as Michigan grabbed the advantage for good at 18-17 in a set that was knotted up 11 times before the Wolverines took over in the second half of the stanza. The Eagles led 17-16 but the hosts scored the final nine points.
