MOREHEAD,Ky. -- Junior
MacKenzie Moore finished 12th, while freshman
Isabella Wiley was 21st as an individual, to lead the Morehead State Women's Golf team at the Lady Red Wolves Classic in Arkansas this week.
The Eagles finished 10th among the 16 teams on the par 72, 6,164-yard Sage Meadows Golf Club.
Moore turned in a 71-77-72--220 to finish in 12th place among the 94-player field. Wiley carded a 76-78-69--223 to lead all of the 14 players entered as individuals.
Sophomore
Amelia Rae Greenlee was next in the Eagles' lineup, fashioning a 72-73-81--226 to finish 32nd. Senior
Olivia Hensley (75-76-78--229, 53rd), grad student
MacKenzie Neal (79-76-76--229, 63rd) and sophomore Tuva Marie Isebakke (82-79-75--236, 78th) finished out the Morehead State five.
The Eagles will wrap up th fall portion of the 2023-24 schedule Oct. 30-31 at the Mercer Invitational in Forsyth, Ga.
