RESULTS
MOREHEAD, Ky. -- After a solid start on Friday, Morehead State women's golf found the going tough the rest of the weekend as the Eagles concluded their fall season in fifth place of six teams at The Robbie event in Alabama.
Playing on the 6,226-yard, par-72 Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Hampton Cove course, MSU finished at 303-313-321--937. Louisville won the tournament, and the Eagles finished just ahead of Bellarmine.
Freshman
Tavia Burgess and junior
Tuva Marie Isebakke both scored top 15 totals with 12th place showings. Burgess shot 72-78-75--225, while Isebakke was at 74-74-77--225.
Senior
Hanna Montgomery concluded in 31st place at 80-77-84--241, while sophomore
Isabella Wiley carded 77-84-85--246. Graduate student
Hannah Curreri rounded out the lineup at 85-86-96--267.
Morehead State will return to action Feb. 9-11 at the Advance Golf Partners Intercollegiate in West Palm Beach, Fla.
