MOREHEAD, Ky. -- Clayton Parker, a 6-8 forward from Montgomery City, Mo., has inked his intention to join the Morehead State Men's Basketball program.

Parker helped Montgomery County High School to a fourth place showing in the Missouri State Tournament as a junior. He averaged more than 20 points per game.

"Clayton has a really unique skill set in that he's very comfortable on the post, playing with his back to the basket, but can also step out and make shots on the perimeter," said MSU Head Coach Jonathan Mattox. "He's really fundamentally sound in everything he does, whether he's in the low post, mid post or outside the three. We're very excited about Clayton."

Parker has also earned All-Eastern Missouri Conference honors three times, garnered all-state accolades twice and helped his squad win two EMO titles and two district championships.

His older brothers Carson and Collin are both seniors at Columbia College (Mo.) in 2024-25.

He has also been a standout player for the Gateway Knights Basketball Club.
