NOTABLE
• Morehead State, the OVC's only remaining team in Kentucky, is easily the winningest Division I MBB program in the state in the past four seasons with 86 wins. In that span, MSU has 12 more wins than the next closest, University of Kentucky.

• With the win over Tennessee State last Thursday, head coach Preston Spradlin passed former coach Wayne Martin, now with 132 coaching wins, and now into third place in wins among all the men's basketball head coaches in program history.

• MSU's current 16-game home winning streak ranks tied for fourth among all Division I programs.

• Morehead State is 20-2 in its last 22 OVC games and 24-6 overall in the last 30 games.

• MSU is now 85-12 (.876) in the past four seasons against non-Power 5 Conference teams.

• MSU now ranks second in the nation in rebound margin (+11.3), only behind Arizona.

• At home this season, Morehead State: owns a +31.0 scoring margin, shoots 51 percent, averages 86.2 points, allows just 55.2 points and owns a +19.5 rebound margin.

Drew Thelwell ranks first in the nation in fewest fouls per minutes played. He has played 767 minutes this season and only been whistled for 14 fouls, or only a foul every 55 minutes. In his career, Thelwell has more games played (103) than fouls (84).

Riley Minix (435 points) and Jordan Lathon (365 points) are on track to give MSU TWO players with 400+ points in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 2009-10 and 2010-11 (Demonte Harper and Kenneth Faried). Last season Mark Freeman and Alex Gross both finished with 400+ points for the year.

Riley Minix has nine 20+ point efforts this season and has now scored 2,482 career collegiate points to go along with 1,258 career rebounds. The multiple-time NAIA All-American at Southeastern (Fla.) needs just 18 points to reach 2,500 in his college career.

Drew Thelwell is just two wins away from becoming the winningest individual player in program history. The program standard for success is 88 by Terrence Hill from 2008-09 to 2011-12.

Riley Minix is on the Lou Henson Award Watch list, an accolade honoring the nation's top player from Mid-Major conferences. He leads MSU in scoring, rebounding, free throw percentage and blocked shots.

Riley Minix has recorded 68 career double-doubles in his time at MSU (OVC-best 10) and Southeastern (Fla.) (58). An NAIA All-American, Minix was also the 2022-23 NAIA Academic All-American of the Year.

Drew Thelwell ranks first in the OVC and 10th nationally with 144 assists. Amazingly, Thelwell's assist total is 52 more than the next highest-ranked assister in the OVC. He has 16 games with 5+ assists.

Kalil Thomas has made 126 career three-pointers in just his two seasons at MSU, which ranks 13th on the program career list. In his career, Thomas has drained 220 triples (which would rank third at MSU if they all had been hit here).
